1. Submit Application for League or Tournament Play

  • Go to “Leagues” or “Tournaments” and complete the entry form.
  • Before sending the entry electronically, print a copy of the form.
  • Mail that copy with a check for the entry fee(s):
    • Front Range Futsal League
    • POB 17344
    • Golden, CO 80402
  • Do not continue with United States Futsal Federation (USFF) coach, team and player registration until you receive notice of acceptance to your team’s first competition.

All Coaches and Players must register with USFF. Registration covers the registrant with USFF secondary insurance. Registration is for the current 2005-2006 seasonal year ending 8/31/2006. Registration covers participation in any USFF events through August 31, 2006.
          USFF registration is mandatory! Player registration with United States Youth Soccer (USYSA) through the Colorado State Youth Soccer Association (CSYSA) does not cover participation in USFF activities.

2. Register the Coach with U. S. Futsal Federation (USFF)

  • Coach on-line registration
  • If you have questions, follow the directions under “Coach Registration Info”. (It is highly recommended you read this page prior to starting the registration process.)
  • You must register as a coach and get your coach ID number before being able to register a team on-line!
  • Make sure that you write down the generated ID and password.
  • Pay by credit card. Mailing and processing the payment by check will unduly delay the registration process.

3. Register the Team with U. S. Futsal Federation (USFF)

  • Team on-line registration
  • If you have questions, follow the directions under “Team Registration Info”. (It is highly recommended you read this page prior to starting the registration process.)
  • You must register a team and get your team ID before being able to add players to the team on-line!

4. Register Players to a team with U. S. Futsal Federation

  • Player On-Line Registration
  • If you have questions, follow the directions under “Player Registration Info”. (It is highly recommended you read this page prior to starting the registration process.)
  • Print two copies of each player’s Youth Player Registration form .
  • Mail a check for USFF Player Fees ($6 per youth player) to:

5. Send an e-mail to Registrar@FrontRangeFutsal.com notifying the league registrar that you have completed the registration process and mailed the USFF Player Fees.

  • The league registrar will print Member Passes with a USSF Team Roster.

6. Before Final Registration and Check In

  • Print a copy of your team’s USFF Team Roster Form.
  • Download and complete the “Full Roster Form” or “Split Roster Form” for League play, or the “Tournament Roster Form” . Your USSF Team Roster may contain as many as 20 players, but you may only use a maximum of 12 players in any game. (For more information: “Establishing Your Roster”.)
  • Players will need to sign these FRFL Competition Roster Forms .
  • After the rosters are signed, make as many copies of your Roster Form as you will have games in the competition. You will need to submit one copy to the scorekeepers before each game.
  • Have parents complete and sign the Youth Player Registration forms.
  • At Check-in, Proof of age for each player must be provided. Valid proofs of age are: CS YSA Member Pass, Birth Certificate with a raised seal, valid Passport . You will also need pictures for the USFF Player Passes.
