Coach registration is required before a team or players can be registered with the United States Futsal Federation. When registration is completed, the coach will have an Identification Number and Password. These allow access to the USSF database for the purpose of registering the team and the players. Now go to:

          This registration form is fairly straightforward, Here are a few things to note in the various sections:

I. COACH / INSTRUCTOR INFORMATION
          Social Security Number: Please include this number. Even though it is not a “required field”, it is needed for the background check required of all USFF and FRFL coaches.

II. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
          League Association: Select “CHOOSE” , then wait for your choices. (In this system, selecting “CHOOSE” often resets the form to allow you to make the next choice.) Select “CHOOSE” again, then select “Front Range Futsal”.
          Club Association: Scroll to and select “No Club Association” . We are not registering individual clubs, just teams.

Once these sections are completed, Select “Submit Coach/Instructor Application”.

          A registration summary will appear. If it is correct, select “Proceed to Payment Solution” (It’s at the top.) Now you will have a choice of payment on-line or payment by check by mail. Mailing and processing the payment by check will unduly delay the registration process - you will not get your Coach ID # and Password for several days and will not be able to register your team and players until that time.

          If you submitted the payment on-line, you will receive your payment confirmation shortly afterwards, followed by a second e-mail containing your Identification Number and Password.
