A “free agent” is a player who is not registered with a USFF team, but who will be participating as a guest with a registered team for a Front Range Futsal League tournament.

This registration cannot be completed on-line. Instead, you will need to download a blank “USFF Player Registration Form” and have it completed and signed by the player’s parents. Then make a copy.

You will then need to submit that copy to the Front Range Futsal League, either by fax (303-838-9777) or by mail to The Registrar, Front Range Futsal league, POB 17344, Golden CO 80402. This will allow the Registrar to produce a Player Pass. It is also possible to bring the Registration form for a “last minute” addition to check-in.

The $6 USFF registration fee for players will be due at the time the team checks in for the tournament. Please bring a photo for the Player Pass at that time as well as proof of age.
