The Player registration process has been simplified for first time player registration, and it will be very easy to reregister the player for 2005-06.

These directions will help a lot. We recommend that you print them out before beginning the On-Line Registration process. To begin, go to:

Player On-Line Registration

1. You will be asked to log in, by using your User-ID (Coach or Team Contact) and Password.

2. Once your Access is Authorized, select “CONTINUE”. You will then be able to access any teams where you are the Coach or Team Contact.

3. To register a player to a particular team, you can Access a Team in a variety of ways. The easiest way it to enter your TEAM ID, then select “FIND TEAM”

4. This will take you to your Team Main Page . Go to the box on the left of that page, select “Players”.

5. Now select “ADD NEW PLAYER”.

6. Completion of the Youth Player Registration form is straightforward. However if you answer “yes” to the question(s) about playing experience, the software will require you to enter the number of seasons played.
If you wish to use this system to send e-mail notifications to your team, add the e-mail information. If you do not want to use this feature, choose “Player does not have an E-mail Address”.

7. When you SUBMIT APPLICATION, you will be sent back to the Team Main Page. You can now enter the next player’s information.

PRINTING REGISTRATION FORMS AND ROSTERS

At some point you will need to print TWO copies of the Youth Player Registration form for each player. One will go to the League at the time of check-in; the other you will keep. Both will need to be signed by the player’s parent or guardian.

When printing the Youth Player Registration forms, you may get a message asking you to reformat your page before printing. Before doing this, select OK and print one of the registration forms. You will probably discover that you do not need to go through the reformatting.

When printing the USFF Team Roster Form, you will need to change the Page Setup to a Landscape orientation.
