Now that you have your Coach ID and Password, you can register your team. Once the team is registered, it will be possible to register the players. Note: It may be helpful to print a copy of this information before going on. Now go to:

Team On-Line Registration

This registration has three parts:

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

A. Resident Association Information

          1. State Association: Scroll to, then select (click on) “Colorado Futsal”
          2. League Association: Select “CHOOSE” , then wait for your choices. (In this system, selecting “CHOOSE” often resets the form to allow you to make the next choice.) Select “CHOOSE” again, then select “Front Range Futsal”.
          3. Club Association: Scroll to and select “No Club Association” . We are not registering individual clubs, just teams.

B. Non-Resident Association Information

Skip this section.

C. Team Information

          1. Team Name: Type in your team name.
          2. Team Type: Scroll to and select “League Team” . (It may be your only choice.)
          3. Age/Gender: Scroll to and select the appropriate group. Note that the ages are in 2-year increments. Thus a U13 girls team would select “Under-14 Girls”. The application forms for the FRFL Leagues and Tournaments allow for single year designations, which is how we will sort the U13 and U14 teams in this example.
          4. Category: Select either “Youth-Recreational” or “Youth-Competitive”
          5. Choose a Season: Select “Winter . Summer League only, select “Summer”.

II. COACH INFORMATION
Enter the Coach ID for the coach. If you don’t have one, get one. Coach on-line registration (link: https://www.youthleaguesusa.com/usfutsal/2005/cgi-bin/coachwelcome.cgi ) You won’t be able to register the team unless this has been done.

III. PRIMARY TEAM CONTACT INFORMATION

Now things get a little tricky. The Primary Team Contact will be able to access the U.S. FUTSAL online database to a) complete player registration, and b) keep team contact and player information updated. If your team contact has already been registered as a team contact, head coach, or assistant coach for another team, you can just enter that person’s ID Number and select their position; otherwise you must fill out all information for your team contact.

          You have three options here:

          1. Use the Coach as the contact. We would like to recommend against this option. Let coaches coach. Leave the non-coaching responsibilities (like the on-line player registrations that the team will have to do) to others so that the coach can devote all his or her energies to coaching.

2. Use someone else already registered as a team contact, head coach, or assistant coach for another team.

3. If “2” is not an option, register a team contact. This person will then get an ID # to be able to access the database for the on-line registration of the team’s players. If you register someone other that the Coach as the Primary Team Contact, both the Coach and the Primary Team Contact will receive Identification Numbers and Passwords which will allow access to the team’s database.

If you have chosen to register a Team Contact, type in the information on the remainder of the form and SUBMIT.

The Coach and the Team Contact will receive a confirmation by e-mail with an ID # and a Password. Print this information. Also store it “in a safe place” (I.e. where you can find it). You will need this information for Player On-Line Registration.
